We do not accept any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, content, completeness, legality, or reliability of the information contained on this website. We reserve the right to modify but have no obligation to update any information on our site at any time.

All prices are in Australian Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

To avoid unnecessary plastic use, we ship your pillow in an eco-friendly, home compostable bag. 

We offer free shipping within Australia. International shipping prices will vary depending on destination country and freight provider. Therefore, please contact us before purchasing, so we can work out the shipping cost.

An invoice will be emailed to you at the email address you supply when you place your order. You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details are correct.

Orders will be sent via Australia Post or Courier after receiving cleared payment. You will be provided with a tracking number. No responsibility is taken for parcels lost in the mail or any duties incurred if buying from outside of Australia. 

Due to sanitation & hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on any used or ‘change of mind’ products. Due to the variable customer personal demand, we can’t offer a satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to the product description before making the decision to purchase the product. 

In the event, you received a faulty item, you have 30 days from the date of receiving the item to request for an exchange. After 30 days we are unable to offer an exchange replacement or refund. Return postage is to be paid by customer.
